The Fondazione Edmund Mach-Istituto Agrario di San Michele stands for quality and reliability in Trentino agriculture.
The Fondazione Edmund Mach is a research institute and school, but above all, it provides technical assistance and extension services to public and private enterprises in the Trentino agricultural and environmental sector. We also rely on the laboratory of the Fondazione Mach, next to the laboratory of the Unione Italiana Vini for the chemical analyses of the wines we market.
